Inward Processing Permit
The Inward Processing Regime, which provides tax exemption as well as price advantage to the producer companies in imported and domestic inputs, constitutes approximately 70% of the imports in Turkey.
Our IPR Unit, which has been serving in Ankara for 30 years, has been organized to have at least one representative in Regional Directorates and Exporters' Associations.
Our expert teams manage the processes of capacity report analysis and receipt of capacity report and have been pioneers for many sectors in capacity report modeling.
IPR Unit manages the process according to the procedures determined by its experience and the workflow diagrams designed in addition to these procedures.
At the beginning of the process, the following analyzes are carried out;
- Capacity Report Analysis, - Secondary Processed Product and Waste Ratio Analysis, - Production Recipe Analysis, - Foreign Currency Utilization Rate Analysis, - Sub-Industrialist and Contract Manufacturing Analysis, - Packaging Usage Analysis, - Free Buy/Sell Analysis, - Collateral Discount Analysis, - Compensatory Tax Analysis.
The outputs of all analyses are reported and this report determines the use, method and form of the inward processing regime.
Analyzes and process designs are managed by system integration with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology.
The management of all business processes of the inward processing authorization document (prior to document acquisition, item and quantity follow-up of the document and document closure) is carried out by the relevant unit.
At the same time, it organizes the necessary trainings and performs the performance measurement for the efficient use of the inward processing regime of the business partners with interim audits.
